RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns or exchanges are assessed on an individual basis and generally available for broken or damaged products upon arrival. Change of mind due to not reading order processing or ship times are not accepted. Returns due to a slight (up to 5 business day) delay in processing time are not accepted. Return shipping will be on the onus of the customer and if an exchange is requested, then shipping back to the customer will be on onus of Healing Headwear.
Any damage to a product must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Outside of this time frame, repairs will be charged at an hourly rate and shipping both ways will be on the onus of the customer.

Shipping in Australia: can take anywhere from 1-7 business days (sometimes longer for rural areas)
World wide shipping can take anywhere from 3-30 business days. Generally to the USA, UK and Canada it does not take longer then 10 business days. Express shipping is available upon request, please message me prior to ordering. Please note, all shipping times listed are an estimate based on post office estimations. If your order is held up at customs, Healing Headwear is not liable for shipment delays.
